Refund Policy

Passes are refundable within 24 hours of purchase provided no .ips log has been parsed and no PDF certificate has been exported on the account.

To request a refund, email iverify.diagnostic@gmail.com from the purchase account with the Razorpay payment ID.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
